Second Chances

Ryo pulled up to the entrance of Gramori Lake Park. As he cut off the engine of the mini-van, four teenagers jumped out of the back. "Well, it looks like we'll have our hands free for the rest of the day," he smiled. As Ryo got out of the mini-van himself, a pair of hands covered his face.

"Guess who?" Kayura smiled.

Ryo stepped back, and gently flipped Kayura over his body. "I don't have to," he smirked.

"That's not how it's played Ryo." Kayura looked into Ryo's eyes and smiled. "It took you long enough to get here. What happened?"

As Ryo and Kayura walked over to a picnic table, he put his arm around her shoulders. "The girls took a little longer to clean their room. And the boys were running up our phone-bill."

Kayura slightly laughed. "After thirteen years, you're just beginning to get a grip on this 'father' thing?" she teased.

Ryo looked at Kayura and began to laugh also. "How was I supposed to know that girls hide things everywhere, and the boys think they're so great?" he asked.

"Simple. The boys take after Sage, and the girls pay attention to how I used to clean. It's either that, or they've been taking classes at Hi No Iri without us knowing about it," Kayura smiled.

"Hey, Ryo made it!" a young blue-haired boy shouted. He stood playing with four other teen-age boys. He ran over to the table, and grabbed Rowen's hand. "Come on Dad. You said you'd play too," he said.

Rowen adjusted his glasses, and stood. "Okay, alright Marc. I'll be right there," he smirked. Rowen looked at his son, and smiled. "You know we're gonna kill you guys anyway."

Mac, who was sitting on the other end of the table, threw a pretzel at Rowen. "No talking about killing my son," she smiled. "And you better be careful Mr. Hashiba. The first wheeze I hear, you're going into the hospital."

"Yes Mother," Rowen teased. He and Ryo then followed Marc over to the other boys.

Kayura sat where Rowen was sitting. She looked at Mac, and Nikki and smiled. "You're still worrying about Rowen, aren't you?"

Mac looked at Kayura and smiled. "He hasn't had any attacks in over a month. But, yeah, I guess that I still worry about him."

Nikki looked at Kayura and noticed that she was watching the foot-ball game all of the boys were involved in. Nikki looked at the game, and saw that it was father-vs-son. "So, Kayura, do you know who's winning?"

"Ryo," she answered without thinking. Kayura's eyes then widened. "What'd you say Nikki?" she asked trying to cover herself.

Nikki's eyes widened. "What did you just say?" she asked.

Two girls ran over to the table, and looked at Kayura. "Aunt Kayura, would it be okay if Devon spends the night over with us?" they asked in unison.

Kayura smiled at her twin nieces. "If it's okay with your mother, okay."

The two turned to Nikki. "Please Mom?" they whined. The smaller one with the short black hair looked at Nikki through one vivid green eye. "Ma, we all know that you and Daddy love having us girls over. It wouldn't be fair to say no," she said.

Nikki looked at her daughter and smiled. "Sakura, Sulia, go and ask your father. Have Sulia pull the puppy eyes, and if he says yes, it's fine by me."

Sulia and Sakura looked at each other. They were twins, only, Sakura looked more like Sage, where Sulia would take after her mother. The only thing they had mainly in common was their raven black hair. "Yes," they smiled.

Mac and Nikki laughed as the twins ran over to where the guys were playing foot-ball. Mac then turned to Kayura, and raised an eyebrow. "You're falling in love with Ryo, aren't you?" she asked.

"I have no clue to what you're talking about, Mackenzie," Kayura answered.

"She's already in love with him," Nikki said. Nikki looked at the blank look on Kayura's face, and smiled. "And don't sit there and try to hide it either. I can see the way you two look at each other."

Kayura looked at Nikki, and raised an eyebrow. "I don't look at him in away type of way that might give the slightest hint that I'm in love with him."

Mac and Nikki looked at each other. "Sure you don't," they said teasingly.

Kayura's face turned bright red. "No I don't."

"Don't what?" Karyn asked. She and Jax just walked over to the table.

"She's in love with Ryo," Mac answered.

Kayura's eyes turned into saucers as he face turned a brighter red. "I didn't say that," she said.

"You said you don't love him. We agreed with you. Then you said you don't, don't love him, which means you love him," Nikki reasoned.

Kayura stood up frustrated, and slightly embarrassed. "Listen to me, I never said that I'm in love with Ryo. I said that I wasn't in love with him, and when I say I'm not in love with him, I'm in love with him," she said quickly. Kayura then realized her mistake and closed her eyes tightly. "I'm not in love with him."

"It took you long enough to realize it," Nikki smiled. "The both of you have been eyeing each other since New Years, four years ago."

All four women looked at Nikki. "What?" they asked in unison.

"Ma, I think you better come over here," a young girl called. Kayura looked up and saw her daughter, Devon, pointing to Ryo.

Kayura jumped up, and ran over to him. "What happened?" she asked. She looked at Ryo's hand and saw a small stone cutting into his palm.

"I slipped and fell," he answered. Ryo looked into Kayura's dark eyes, and then looked away. "'s nothing, really."

Kayura took Ryo's other hand, and lead him to the mini-van. "Let me take a good look." She opened the sliding door, and sat Ryo down on the back seat. "Now, what happened? And don't lie to me either."

Ryo looked at Kayura, and blushed slightly. "I told you, I slipped and fell." He began to pull his hand away from Kayura, but she grabbed his wrists in a tight grip.

Kayura turned the passenger seat around, and sat in it. She then reached under Ryo's seat, and pulled out a first-aide kit. As she opened the kit, she saw Ryo almost cringing in pain. Kayura then closed the door. "I'd hate for the kids to see a grown man cry," she teased.

"My hand's fine Kayura."

"Did you know even a paper cut can get infected?" she asked. "And this is no paper cut. If it gets infected, say goodbye to your hand."

Ryo looked into Kayura's eyes, and smiled. "You enjoy this don't you?" he asked.

"Taking care of people," he answered. "Every time someone gets hurt, you're right there with that damned kit."

"It's my job to take care of people," she answered. As Ryo leaned closer to her, Kayura pulled out the stone.

"Ow, that hurt," he yelped.

Kayura looked at him. "Sorry," she said.

Ryo looked at her strangely. "Why is she acting so weird all of a sudden?" he thought.

"Well, genius, it could be that she's in love with you," Nikki's mind answered. "You two are a real pair, you know that? She's too stubborn to admit that she's in love with you, and you're too thick-skulled to realize you feel the same."

Ryo looked at Kayura, and leaned toward her. "Kayura?" Ryo asked. She began to clean the cut with peroxide. "That burns," he yelped again.

"If you didn't move, it wouldn't burn as much," she answered. Kayura gently took his hand into her own, and began to blow on the cut. "What were you about to ask me?"

"Do you like having me, and the kids around?" he asked.

"What brought on this question?"

"I was just wondering." Ryo then watched her every movement carefully.

"What's on your mind Ryo?" she asked.

Ryo quickly kissed her. Kayura was so stunned, she almost dropped the bottle of peroxide. Ryo pulled away from her, and saw her bright red cheeks. "I'm....I'm sorry. I shouldn't've done that."

Kayura turned her eyes to the ground, and wrapped his hand. They sat in silence for what seemed to be forever. Kayura finally looked at Ryo. "Why did you do that?" she asked, still shocked.

Ryo shook his head. "I don't know. It was stupid, and I'll never do it again."

Kayura leaned over to Ryo and kissed him deeply. She felt him put his arms around her waist, and pull her closer to him. As Kayura ran her hands through Ryo's jet black hair, she felt him pull away slightly. "I love you Kayura," she heard him whisper.

She opened her eyes, and looked at Ryo. "You.....what?"

Ryo smiled at her shock. "I said, I love you," he repeated.

Kayura smiled as Ryo kissed her again. "I love you too, Ryo." Kayura then looked out of the tinted window, and saw everyone sitting around the table. "We better get going," she smiled.

"Yeah, we'll have all night to be alone," Ryo said as Kayura reached for the door handle. "What do you mean?" she asked.

"Well, Bobbie's staying at Cye's, Devon's at Sage's , and the boys are at Kento's."

Kayura kissed Ryo again. "Fix your hair," she whispered as she pulled away. She then turned the passenger seat around, and opened the glove-compartment. She pulled out a napkin, and wiped his mouth. "Can't you ever stay clean?" she teased.

"It's your lipstick," he smirked. "And fix yours while you're at it."

"Yeah. Nikki and Mac would have a field day if they found out right this second."

"So, that's what you were sparring over."

"Yeah. You weren't fighting, and it wasn't a bad argument. So, you were sparring."

Kayura laughed as she looked at Ryo. "You know something, you're very silly sometimes. I think you've been around too many animals."

As they both got out of the mini-van, Kayura looked at the table. "What are we going to tell the kids?" she asked.

"We'll worry about that later. Right now, let's just worry about not telling the others," Ryo smirked. He and Kayura walked back over to the table, and saw Nikki, wearing a huge grin. "What's on your mind Nikki?" Ryo asked.

"Oh, nothing. I was just thinking. Kayura, can I talk to you for a few minutes?" she asked.

"Sure," Kayura said uneasily. She and Nikki walked away from the table, down to the lake. "What's on your mind?"

"You two deserve to be happy," Nikki replied simply. "Mia, and Duncan would want you both to be happy."

Kayura looked at Nikki strangely. "What are you saying?" she asked.

"Sage and I'll take the kids this weekend. After all, Sage is going to need some type of male support."

"A house full of women..."

"No, why are you willing to take the kids?"

Nikki began to laugh. "So you two can have some time alone, silly."

Kayura looked at Nikki and smiled. "Thanks."

Later that night, Kayura stood in front of the refrigerator. "What do you want to eat?" she called.

Ryo walked over to the kitchen, and looked at her. "You're joking right?" he asked. "We've been eating all day." He then noticed that Kayura was slightly trembling. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing," she said quickly.

Ryo smiled as he walked over to Kayura, and wrapped his arms around her waist. "You don't have to be so nervous."

Kayura looked into Ryo's eyes, and kissed him passionately. Kayura's hands found their way to the front of his button-down shirt, and ripped it open. She ran her hands up and down his muscular chest and stomach, before wrapping her arms around his neck. Ryo pulled closer to him. His hands carefully lifted her soft sweater from under the waist of her shirt. Ryo pulled away from Kayura and looked into her dark purple eyes. As he removed her sweater, Ryo smiled. He then picked her up into his arms, and carried her out of the kitchen, up to his bedroom.

As Ryo laid Kayura down on his bed, he removed his shirt. Kayura sat up and undid his belt, and pants. She kissed his chest, and neck as she pulled his closer to her. Ryo leaned his head down, and tasted her collar. He then wrapped his arms tightly around her body. With one hand, he unhooked her bra, while using the other to hold her close. Kayura pushed his pants to the floor, and laid down again. As Ryo laid on top of her, he ran his hands up her skirt, and began to pull off her panties. Kayura finished removing her bra, as Ryo quickly removed him briefs, and her skirt. Ryo gently kissed her as she inserted his erect penis into her. Kayura moaned into his mouth as Ryo's movements intoxicated her. Ryo then began to kiss her neck. As Kayura ran her hands down his back, Ryo's movements became faster and more powerful. As her moans began to turn into low cries of pleasure, Ryo kissed her passionately.

Ryo and Kayura made love for hours. As Kayura laid her head on Ryo's chest, he pushed her hair away from her face. "I love you," he whispered.

Kayura looked at Ryo and smile. "I love you too." She kissed his chest and traced the muscles with her finger.

Ryo chuckled. "Sweetheart, that tickles," he smiled. He looked at the devilish grin on her face. "Don't you dare," he threatened.

She raised an eyebrow and began to tickle him. "You can't tell me what

to do," she laughed.

Ryo laughed and squirmed under Kayura's control. He then grabbed her arms, and rolled over on top of her. As he pinned her arms over her head, Ryo looked at her lovingly. "Do you know what we're going to tell the kids?" he asked.

Kayura looked at him strangely. "How about, we love each other, and we want to be together?"

Ryo nodded as he pressed his lips against hers. "That sounds like it could work."

As he kissed her deeply, Kayura's hands found their way to his sides. She smiled to herself as she began to tickle him again. Ryo rolled off of her, laughing. "Kayura.....I'm going....... to........get you......... for......... this," he said between fits of laughter.

"I'd like to see you try," she teased.

Ryo grabbed her sides, and pulled her close. He ran his hands down her sides and began to tickle her as well. "How do you like it?" he asked.

Kayura laughed as she tried to move away from Ryo. The two soon fell on the floor. As she laid on top of him, Kayura looked into his eyes. "I love you," she whispered before kissing him.

Two months passed since Ryo and Kayura had first gotten together. The kids were excited about the realization their parents came to.

Kayura looked at a picture of their entire family. The ten Ronins, and all six sets of twins. She looked at the picture, and noticed something she never did before. Ryo's arm was around her. She smiled at this.

Ryo walked through the door, and saw Kayura sitting on the sofa. "Hey," he smiled. "What are you doing home so early?" he asked.

She smiled as he kissed her. "I wasn't feeling too great. So, the hospital sent me home early. How was your day?"

Ryo sat with her on the sofa. "Are you okay?" he asked.

"I'm fine. I was just a little dizzy. It's nothing to worry about." She looked at Ryo as he picked up the phone. "What are you doing?"

"I was given the option to go to Africa and do a study on the lions. I'm going to turn it down."

As he began to dial a phone number, Kayura pressed the receive. "Can't we at least talk about this?" she asked.

"You're sick Kayura," he reasoned.

"I'm fine Ryo." She took the phone out of his hand, and hung it up. "And I think you should go."

"I'm not leaving you and the kids here alone."

"We have a phone, and we all know how to use one. Nikki and Sage don't live that far away."

"I'll be gone for nine months."

"We can handle it." She looked at him and sighed. "You don't have to be so protective of us."

Ryo looked into her eyes, and sighed. "We'll leave it up to the kids," he said.

Kayura raised an eyebrow. "You don't stand a chance."

Dear Ryo,

Hi Honey, how's Africa? Everything's fine here. Bobbie made the softball team. Devon's going to try out for the lead in the school play, if she gets it, we'll send you a video of the show. Kam's the pitcher on the baseball team now that Hiro Usaki moved to America. And Mike's......well, lets just say you should've named him Sage.

I'm okay. Work's work. But I can handle it. You don't have to worry about me. Everyone sends their love. The kids miss you. They say now they don't have anyone to blame everything on. We miss you. And I love you.

Kayura put her first letter in the mail, and walked back to her car. As she sat in the driver's seat, she looked at her stomach. "Well little one, when your father gets home, I'll have a lot of explaining to do."

Nikki almost dropped her violin. "Pregnant?" she asked in shock.

"Yeah," Kayura sighed. She looked at Nikki, and ran her hand through her hair. "How am I going to tell him? I can't write him a letter. What's it gonna say? 'Ryo. How's Africa? Kids are great. Oh, by the way, I'm pregnant?' Love Kayura? That's wrong Nikki."

"You could always call."

"He'll be on the next flight back. Then he'll drive me insane."

"You can't just wait until he comes home. Imagine how he'll feel then?"

Kayura looked at her hands, and then touched her stomach. "I know. But I think he'll try to compare me with Mia."

Nikki looked at her strangely. She then thought about when Bobbie and Mike were born. "He still blames himself, huh?"

"I don't know. We don't really talk about the past much."

"What do you talk about?"

"The kids. Our future." Her eyes began to fill with tears. "I don't want him to think that the same's going to happen to me. Nikki, promise me you won't tell him."

"Nikki, please. This is the way it has to be. I'll tell him when the time is right."

"Do the kids know?"

"I was going to tell them all after dinner tonight."

"Do you want us to come by?" Nikki asked.

Kayura shook her head. "This is something that I have to do alone."

"No you don't." Nikki looked at Kayura and sighed. "I do get you, or Ryo. The two of you think everything you have to do, you have to alone. That's not the case. You both have a huge family, and you're never alone. What ever we go through, we go through together."

Kayura looked at Nikki. "I know. But this right here, right now, I need to do alone."

"I won't let you."

They both stood, and looked into each other's eyes. "Hey, you two wanna hurry it up? It's getting late," Sage said as he walked into the small music room. He then saw Nikki and Kayura. "Is something wrong?" he asked.

"Oh, no, we were just talking about what to have for dinner tonight," Nikki smiled.

Sage looked at Kayura. "Is that right?"

"Yeah. So, we order out for steak?" Kayura asked.

Nikki smiled. "We'll get it on our way over."

Dear Ryo,

Greetings from your loving family back in New Tohama. We're all doing great. Mike's depressed, a girl wouldn't go out with him. I really think you should've named him Sage.

I guess I'll get to the real reason I'm writing you. This feels so cold and lonely. I wish there was another way to tell you this, but there isn't. Ryo, I'm pregnant. I was two months when you left, and found out just after I mailed you my first letter. Please don't be upset with me, I didn't know how to tell you. And don't worry either. The doctors and other nurses have given me a really light work load. Sometimes it's like they don't even need me. The kids are great about it. The boys are fixing up the spare room, and turning it into a nursery. Nikki and Sage have been here everyday forcing me to let them take care of me. The others stop by a lot. But Nikki and Sage have been here the most.

Gods, why is it so hard to tell you things like this? I hope you aren't upset with me. Well, I have to get going. Cye and Karyn are coming over soon, and they're about as bad as Sage and Nikki.

The kids and everyone else send their love.

I love you

Ryo read the letter again, in shock. "She's pregnant?" he whispered. Tears filled his eyes as he read her closing. "I love you," rang in his mind as if Kayura stood in front of him, and read the letter herself. "My child? Why did she think I'd be upset? Oh, I almost forgot. Mia." Ryo looked at his letter again.

A tall man walked into the tent Ryo was in. "So, Ryo, what's that? A dirty letter from your wife?" he asked.

Ryo looked at him, and smiled. "No. It's a letter from my.....she is like my wife isn't she, Scott?"

Scott looked at the expression on Ryo's face, and smiled. "Kayura is a great girl. You should marry her while you got the chance."

"But we've been through so much," Ryo started. He then looked at the letter in his hand. "Is there any way I can go home? I don't care if I'm docked pay. Hell, I don't care if I have to pay my way back. I have to go and see her."

"What's that letter say?"

"She's pregnant, by now she's......oh man, she's eight months. Scott, I gotta get back."

Scott looked at Ryo, and smiled. "Don't worry about it. I'll take care of everything."

As Scott left the tent, Ryo looked at the picture of Kayura, and the kids. "Don't worry, I'll be home soon."

Kayura walked into the hospital she worked in, and cringed in pain. "Oh Gods, don't do this now. Not a month early," she thought. She walked over to the nurses station, and saw Sage talking with a fellow doctor. "Sage," she called as she knelt to the floor in pain.

Sage looked over, and saw Kayura on the floor. "What's wrong?" he asked. He then noticed she was holding her stomach. "Oh, man, Nik, you better get over here, quick," he said through his mind link.

"What's wrong?"

"She's going into labor."

"You're joking, right?"

"I wish."

"I'll go and get the kids. We'll be there in about twenty minutes." Nikki put her violin in it's case, and quickly closed it. "Of all times, why now?" she asked herself.

Nikki grabbed her keys, and jacket, and ran out of the music room. She put the violin in the back seat of her car, and climbed in. As she turned on the ignition, she saw a taxi-cab drive by her. "Ryo?" she asked herself. She then shook her head, and quickly drove to Kayura, and Ryo's home.

As Nikki pulled into the drive-way, she saw Ryo getting out of the cab that passed her. "Ryo," she called.

Ryo watched Nikki as she got out of the car, and ran toward him. "Nikki," he smiled. "Where's Kayura?" he asked.

Nikki looked at Ryo, and smiled. "She's at the hospital. I have to get the kids. Get in my car."

He looked at her strangely. His eyes then widened. "Now?" he asked in shock.

Nikki ran into the house, and saw Kameron, Devon, and Mike sitting in the living room. "Kids, two things. Wait, where's Bobbie?"

Kameron pointed to the kitchen. "She's trying to fix dinner."

"Great, the next Rowen," Nikki sighed. She then walked over to the kitchen, and saw Bobbie standing over to pot of rice. "Shut it off, and let's go," she said turning the stove off.

"Hey, I'm cooking," Bobbie protested.

"Roberta, let's go, Kayura's in labor, and your father's in my car."

All four teenagers jumped to their feet, and ran out the door. "Dad," Mike yelled.

Ryo smiled as he hugged the kids. All six piled into the car, and Nikki smiled. "This reminds me of the jeep," she thought.

"Yeah, only, you don't have Kento, or a huge white tiger," Ryo answered.

Nikki, Ryo, and the kids ran into the hospital, and saw Sage waiting for them. "Hey, look at who I found," Nikki smiled as Sage saw Ryo.

Sage and Ryo shook hands, and exchanged smiles. "You're too late you that right?" Sage said.

Ryo's eyes widened. "What?" he said as the color left his cheeks.

"She just gave birth. You, my friend, are the father of a little girl," Sage smiled.

"Talk about an impatient baby," Nikki smiled. She looked at Ryo's pale face, and smiled. "Is she okay?"

Sage looked at Ryo's face and smiled. "Come on, I'll take you to go and see her." Sage began to pull Ryo toward the maternity ward.

Nikki looked at the kids, and smiled. "Let's go. He'll need all of the help he can get."

Kayura laid resting in her bed, when Sage walked into the room. "Hey, are the kids here yet?" she asked.

Sage looked at Kayura and smiled. "Yeah, and they brought a friend."

Kayura's eyes widened as she watched Ryo walk into the room. "Ryo?" she asked.

Ryo walked over to her, and sat on the edge of the bed. "How are you feeling?" he asked.

"I'm okay," she smiled. Kayura looked at him, with tears in her eyes. "How did you get back so soon?"

"Don't worry about that," he said. Ryo leaned over, and kissed her gently. "I love you," he said.

"I love you too." She looked into his tiger blue eyes, and smiled. "Did you see her?"

Ryo nodded. "She looks like you."

The door slowly open, and all four kids walked in. Kameron and Devon walked over to one side of the bed, while Bobbie and Mike walked to the other. "So Ma, how do you feel?" Bobbie asked.

Kayura and Ryo looked at each other, wide-eyed. "Bobbie, you just called me Ma?" Kayura asked.

"It's like this," Devon smiled. "Ryo's been our dad since we were four..."

"And you've been our mom since we were four...." Mike continued.

"So, we decided to make it all official," Kameron smirked.

"For the baby's sake," Bobbie smiled.

Ryo and Kayura looked at each other, and smiled. Ryo then looked at her, and reached into his bag. He pulled out two small packages, and gave them to Kayura. "The big one's for the baby, the other's for you."

Kayura opened the little box and saw a diamond ring in it. "Ryo," she whispered.

"Marry me," he smiled.

"All right Dad," Mike smiled.

Kayura looked at the ring, and then to Ryo. "I don't know what to say," she whispered.

"Try yes," Devon smiled.

She looked at the kids, who were all smiling at her. Kayura then began to laugh. "Yes, yes, yes, I'll marry you," she laughed.

Ryo kissed her deeply as Nikki walked into the room, followed by Sage, and a nurse. The nurse pushed a small bassinet. "What's going on here?" Nikki asked.

"Dad finally proposed," Kameron smiled.

"And Mom accepted," Mike finished.

Nikki looked at Kayura, and smiled. "But I thought you said you didn't love him," she teased.

Kayura looked at Ryo as he put the ring on her finger. "I said I don't, don't love him."

Bobbie and Devon walked over to the baby, and smiled at their little sister. "What are we gonna call her?" Devon asked.

Ryo looked at Kayura, and shrugged.

"What about your mother's name Kayura?" Sage suggested.

"Tara?" she said strangely. She then thought about it. "Tara Sanada, what do you think Ryo?" she asked.

Ryo looked at Kayura, and smiled. "I think it's perfect." He opened the other package, and pulled out a stuffed white tiger.

Sage and Kayura began to laugh. "Where did you get that?" Sage asked.

Ryo looked at the tiger and smiled. "I want my kid to have a white tiger to grow up with. Is there a problem with that?" he teased.

"Yeah, how come we never got any tigers?" Bobbie asked.

"We have Whiteblaze," Mike answered.

"He's in another dimension. That doesn't count."

Ryo looked at Bobbie, and smiled. He then walked over to Tara, and gently picked her up. He carried her over to Kayura and sat down. "She looks like you, you know that?"

"You already said that." Kayura looked at how happy Ryo was, and smiled. "Tara Sanada. She's going to be special, isn't she?"

Ryo looked at Kayura, and nodded. He then gave her the stuffed animal. "She's already special." Ryo leaned over, and kissed Kayura.

Nikki looked at the two, and smiled. She then pulled out her camera. "Okay, Everybody around the bed," she ordered.

Everyone gathered around the bed, and posed for the picture. Nikki gave the nurse the camera, and took her place next to Sage. Ryo gave Tara to Kayura, and put his arms around them both. Bobbie and Devon stood on one side of the bed, and Kameron and Mike stood on the other side.

Kayura sat holding Tara in her arms, looking at the picture of her family. "I'm so happy that we all got a second chance at this. We deserve it. Especially you Tara Mia Sanada."

Every thing deserves a second chance at

love. The Sanada-Higashi family

learned that the easy way.
