“Lita, are you all right?” Keith said.
“Keith is that you, yeah I’m OK. What about you? What happened?” Lita asked worriedly.
“I’m sorry I didn’t help you, I went for help and I couldn’t come back, could you ever forgive me?” Keith said sadly.
“Of coarse, I will,” Lita said reassuringly. "But I’m a little shaky right now, can we call our date off?”
“Yeah sure,” Keith said and added, “Do you think I could come over sometime?”
“Yeah, when?” Lita asked.
“Um now?” he said as the doorbell rang.
"I...guess so,” Lita said going to the door.
“OK I'll be there.....right now,” Keith said as Lita opened the door finding him standing there with a cellphone in his hand.
Lita smiled and gave him a big hug. “Oh Keith,” Lita said closing her eyes. “I was so scared.”
“Shhh its all right, its over,” Keith said soothingly.
Lita invited him in and he sat on the couch. Lita got them both a glass of water and sat next to him.
“I wonder if he(she) is really serious about this relationship, maybe I should tell him(her) my secret, but it might be to early,” they thought at the same time. “No, not yet.”
Lita turned to Keith and smiled scooting closer to him. Then he scooted closer to her. Then they did that till they sat squished shoulder to shoulder and leg to leg. Keith turned to Lita and kissed her softly. Almost at that moment the phone rang. “Dang,” Lita said and picked up the phone. On the other line she could hear Erin screaming. “Hello, Erin is that you? What’s going on?”
“Lita help, Marty’s gone nuts, he’s got eight arm, HELP!” Erin yelled, so loud that Keith heard her.
“I'll be right there,” she said and turned to Keith, who wasn’t there. “Where in the...oh no time!” she said transforming.
When she reached the rehearsal room the other scouts were already there. “Jupiter, I’m glad your here,” Sailor Moon said.
“Sorry it took me so long. I was kinda busy,” Lita said blushing slightly.
“I know how it is,” Sailor Mars said boasting even if she didn’t know what she was talking about.
By now the monster ‘Marty’ was in his Octopus form. "So Scouts, you think you can beat me do ya?” he said going toward them.
Jupiter went in front. “We know we can Marty.”
“Oh there you are sugar, I didn’t think you were coming. How’s my favorite scout?” Marty laughed.
“Go to hell Marty,” they all said at once. Suddenly tentacles shot out and grabbed for the scouts. Luckily they all dodged just in time.
Mercury stepped forward. “ MERCURY BUBBLE BLAST!” She said as the icy bubbles spewed from her hands. But the monster sucked the bubbles up before they had time to burst.
“Ha Ha Ha, you cant beat me, no how no way,” Marty said. Suddenly a tentacle shot out and wrapped itself around Mercury and blowing her bubbles around her making a giant bubble around her.
Then came Mars. “ MARS FIRE IGNITE!” And the flicks of flame traveled toward Marty.
He looked at them and blow them out with more of Mercury’s bubbles. Then grabbed Mars and put her into the bubble with Mercury.
Then as Jupiter tried to go, Venus said to her, “Let me try, please.”
“If you insist” Jupiter replied.
Venus went up and said, “CRESCENT BEAM CRASH!”, and threw her little crescent beam at him.
He grabbed the beam and broke it. Then he put Venus in with the Scouts in the bubble. "Here Moony, Moony, Moony,” Marty taunted.
Sailor Moon stepped forward.
“No Moon, let me go,” Jupiter said.
“No, I will finish this job,” she said and quickly took out her crescent scepter. "MOON SCEPTER ELIMINATION!” she yelled as the power started to flow.
It hit Marty, but did nothing. “Ohh, that tickled,” he said as he grabbed Moon with a tentacle and putting her in the bubble. “Ah saved the best for last,” he said to Jupiter. “You know you still have a chance, join me.”
She stepped forward, “Never!”
“Fine then I guess I will have to destroy you,” Marty said as a tentacle came out.
It missed her as she said, “JUPITER THUNDER CRASH!” and the bold hit him on the tentacle.
“OW!” he said. “That hurt, now your going to get it.” He put two tentacles together and a blue energy bolt came from it straight for Jupiter.
It would have hit her if not for Jupiter Knight pushing her out of the way and taking the full force of the blast. Jupiter ran toward him. "Knight, are you O.K.?” she said softly.
He stood up slowly “I’m O.K.”
Marty looked at them in disgust and put another set of tentacles together shooting off a red bolt this time.
Knight’s sword took most of the blow. “TAKO SWORD SLICE!” Knight said as he thrust his sword down and a bolt of lightning slid into Marty cutting two of his tentacles off.
“OH MONKEY!” Marty said looking at himself. “Look what you did.”
Jupiter stepped in front of Knight and said “JUPITER THUNDER-DRAGON BLAST!” And the dragon took four of the tentacles off.
“ACK NO!” Marty screamed. Then he put all his force into the two tentacles still remaining. Pushing out a blast the hit Jupiter full on knocking her to a wall. The monster sat there catching its breath as Knight went over to Jupiter.
“Jupiter, Jupiter? Speak to me,” he said shaking her slightly.
“ ...Keith?” she said softly.
“No, its me Jupiter Knight,” he said.
“Oh...” she said even softer losing her life force. “No it's time...” Jupiter Knight said pulling off his helmet reveling himself
“Keith..!” she said softly as he took her head and rested it on his knees.
“Every time I come near you seem to get hurt,” Keith said softly.
“It happens all the time,” Lita said trying to smile. "Please I don’t have much time left, kill the monster.”
“No, I don’t want to leave you,” Knight said with tears in his eyes. He lightly put his hand on her cheek. “ Lita, don’t leave me,” he said choked up. “I cant live without you. Lita, I love you.” He slowly looked into her tear filled eyes and streaked cheeks.
“I.. I love you too...” she said tears now coming down her face but with a little more strength.
“I don’t know if this will work but its worth but ill try.” He stood and shouted, “THUNDER SWORD MAGIC!” And Lita stood up slowly. “This doesn’t bring back much but it is enough for now,” he said. Jupiter walked with Knight to the monster.
“Aww isn’t this touching, too bad your going to be dead,” he said putting the two tentacles together again.
“Jupiter, Take my sword just above my hand we will do this together, say 'Jupiter Lightning Blackness'.” Knight said softly.
“JUPITER LIGHTNING BLACKNESS!” they yelled together and a strong bolt of black lightning sprung from the blade. It hit Marty and traveled threw him making him completely black. Then he exploded into such small pieces that they couldn’t be seen.
The bubble the scouts were in burst. Jupiter passed out and landed in Knight’s arms. He dragged her back to her apartment, with help from the other scouts. She slept on the couch and Keith , back in his street clothes, slept kneeling next to her with her hand on his cheek. He woke before her and looked at her smiling softly. "Lita, Lita Hun, Lita wake up,” he said softly shaking her lightly. She awoke looking up at him. “Lita, do you feel O.K.?” he said softly.
“Other than my head hurting yeah,” she reapplied. Keith went and got her some aspirin and a glass of water. “Thank you, Keith” she said sitting up, before he took the aspirin and water.
Keith sat next to her and he put her head on his shoulder. He put an arm around her and kissed her head softly. “I don’t know if you really meant it, but do you love me?” Keith asked softly.
“Yes I really do, I wouldn’t really think so if it was just Keith, but you saved my life, like what three times, and you did it because you care,” she said
“Well that... and it's my job,” he added.
“What about me?” she asked.
“Well you don’t remember, but in the silver Millennium, we were together, and when I was 14 you came to my school. I remembered my past, and ever since then I have known and have loved you forever,” he said smiling.
“Well, that’s why you look so familiar I remember us dancing, the day that Queen Beryl attacked, and loosing you. I was so sad.....” she said slowly.
He lifted his head and looked into her eyes. “Now we can be together again,” he said right before kissing her deeply on the lips.
She hugged him tightly. “Nothing will ever tear us apart.”
